Repair Service

For quick handling of repairs and claims, please bring your luminaire with purchase slip and a completed Returned Goods Document into one of our Tobias Grau stores or to one of our specialist dealers.

You will be immediately assisted with expert advice and a decision as to whether the luminaire needs to be returned to our factory or if a replacement part will fix the problem. Returned products will be repaired at our factory as quickly and as cost effectively as possible before being returned. Legitimate claims will be repaired and returned free of charge.

In order for us to be able to process your request more quickly and accurately, we ask that you send a description of your request to your specialist dealer, preferably with a photo, and a completed Returned Goods Document by e-mail.
